CrossFit^® Vienna - The Loft

Positive Erfahrung: Es war toll, in Wien eine Trainingsmöglichkeit gehabt zu haben. Der Coach ging gut auf mein Niveau ein. Leider gab es keine Technikstangen bzw. Technikgewichte. Schade auch, dass die Kurse so knapp nacheinander laufen, dass wir etwas im Stress waren, die Fläche zu verlassen. Ich hätte auch gerne noch ein T-Shirt gekauft, was aber auch nicht ging, da alle beschäftigt waren. Insgesamt war es etwas unpersönlich und der CrossFit-Vibe hat für mich nicht ganz gepasst.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great place, visited as a drop-in while in Vienna. A very nice welcome, the training was conducted in English due to the presence of guests, which was a nice surprise and made it much easier - the coach was very helpful, taking care of the technique and comfort of the exercises. All people with super friendly attitude - I will gladly come back when I have the opportunity <3

Fantastische Erfahrung: Fantastic box and drop in experience. The coach had everything explained in English. The members are very welcoming. One thing to improve is to probably put a sign after entering the main gate. I thought it was on the roof top given the name of the box, so I climbed up to the highest floor and back down and up. The box is at the back of the ground floor. A sign would be much easier.

Fantastische Erfahrung: One of the best CB in Europe, great facilities, amazing coaches who care about warming up properly, fundamentals and good stretching at the end of the session.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I dropped into Crossfit Vienna - The Loft while visiting Vienna for the first time this past week. It was an amazing workout and definitely the highlight of my trip. Coach Basti was very friendly, ran us through a very fun and thorough warm up and gave me great feedback and direction on movements that needed improvement. I also picked up some merch on my way out and I've been wearing the sweatshirt everyday. I would definitely recommend dropping into this gym if you find yourself in Vienna. It is very central to everything downtown, has showers, clean facilities, and updated equipment.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Estive na cidade de férias, por apenas dois dias! Achei no Google e fui muito bem atendida e orientada na marcação da aula. Fiz a aula das 20:00 no Loft, o coach foi incrível, muito paciente em me orientar, visto que não falo inglês, bem como toda a turma tbm me receberam muito bem! Eu amei a experiência

Fantastische Erfahrung: This was the first time I had ever done a drop-in so not only was I nervous about that I was also nervous that I didn't speak German and would be lost. However, the instructor was great, conducted the class in English (with normal friendly conversations with regulars in German), welcomed me and talked through with me my goals, challenges, and objective for the class. The gym itself was great and everyone was really nice. It ran very efficiently and you can tell the members are a good group. I would definitely come back next time I travel through Vienna.

Positive Erfahrung: hard wod with hard deadlifts :) hidden place but quite interesting . mostly rogue accessories and possibility for open gym .

Negative Erfahrung: I actually like the classes, but they randomly cancel already confirmed bookings on the day of the class (already happened two times now without giving a reason).

Fantastische Erfahrung: My daughter and I were visiting from Australia and doing a drop in class with Nora at The Loft was one of our favourite experiences in Vienna.

Positive Erfahrung: That was not easy to find entrance for the first time but when you follow exact address it's there! Large space at the main room and enough equipment is great for proper CrossFit activities so together with great coach give nice workout. I missed separate room for independent training (there is only gym- like one but not easy for CrossFit) and also single entrance price is high but in general I enjoyed that place a lot. :)

The classes were well conducted in English , the coaches were professional and excellent paying attention to your technique. Also the members of the gym were very friendly and made you feel like home. Really enjoyed training there for two days.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Came here for a drop-in during my business trip to Vienna and loved the Monday morning 6.30 am session a lot. They usually do a body weight workout on Monday and that was just the right thing for me. The box itself is super nicely done. It's big, spacious and has a ton of great material (everything you can ask for in a CrossFit box). The coach was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you want to change and have a shower here, the chaning rooms are very decent and they have enough showers. I highly recommend this place if you are stopping by in Vienna and need a place to train. Well done guys, keep it up!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolutely amazing box. We visited as dropin tourists on Christmas day and they were the perfect hosts. Very nice and friendly community, competent and open staff and very cool gym. The workout was nice and in the end we received champaine. Out of all the boxes this one is instantly one of my favourite and I would definitely love to train here on a day to day basis!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I went for 2 drop-in classes at The Loft. The trainers, Alexis and Christian, welcomed me warmly. During the trainings, they went through the movements thoroughly and really observed and corrected my technique, which I really appreciated. Alexis even took the time to give me some rowing efficiency tips at the end of the class. Thanks for everything and for a great experience!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Trained here for 4 weeks (10 occasion). The box is great with prepared coaches. They are really focusing to get the movement right so it do not lead to any injury. At the WODs they help you to “push through” as They call it. The only thing I missed is the stretching after the WOD. However you are allowed to stay there as long as you want to stretch and do extra excersices, so it’s not a big deal. Overall it’s a great box, I recommend it.

Die Laufstrecke um den Block ist zwar den Umständen geschuldet, hat aber Flair. T-SHIRTS vorhanden und schon kanns in die City gehen
