Positive Erfahrung: The hotel's aesthetics and ambiance do not meet the standards expected of a Radisson establishment. The rooms are overly simplistic and comparable to those of a typical three-star hotel. However, the bathroom is adequately spacious and well-lit. The staff is polite and welcoming, with special recognition to Ms. Manjit for her exceptional attention in ensuring that our breakfast needs were met, considering our dietary restrictions as Indian vegetarians, which can be challenging in Europe. The location is advantageous, situated just five minutes from the Opera House. However, the room rates are excessively high, and I believe that superior accommodations can be found at similar price points.

Negative Erfahrung: My wife and I were traveling to Vienna for Taylor Swift’s Eras tour. The day before our intended arrival, we learned that Austrian police foiled a terror plot targeting the concert. As a result, the concert was cancelled. With no show, and heightened terror risk in the city, we were too nervous to go to Vienna those dates, despite already traveling to Europe from the US. Unfortunately, Radisson Blu was the only hotel on our trip that only offered non-refundable bookings (surely taking advantage of the Taylor Swift event as their normal bookings are generally refundable - not to mention their rates over these dates were inflated 1.5 - 2.0x their normal rate, conveniently). While yes, the booking was non-refundable, something we agreed to at purchase, and they do not have any legal obligation to refund, given the circumstances - a terrorist threat & the event that drove their demand being cancelled - would think a hospitality company would be a little more hospitable. We even asked if they can amend our reservation to another Radisson Blu in another city instead of a refund, still no. Paid over $1,000 for a room that I never saw in a city that I never made it to. Frustrating experience.

Fantastische Erfahrung: We stayed for one night and had a warm welcome at reception, very informative about what was nearby. Nothing was too much. Assistance at checkout with suitcases being stored for us. Very nice room, very spacious. The only thing was the mattresses was quite hard, but that’s a personal preference. Everything else was great. Would recommend.

Negative Erfahrung: Einrichtung sieht schon sehr abgewohnt aus. Kabel hängen unter dem Waschtisch raus und Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Wir mussten das Zimmer erneut bezahlen, obwohl wir es schon an den Veranstalter bezahlt hatten. Kann passieren, aber das seit 14 Tagen sich niemand meldet auf die Reklamation ist schon eine Katastrophe. Zimmer: In die Jahre gekommen, Kabel hängen raus und Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Fußläufigkeit: Das einzig gute an dem Hotel ist, das man kurze Wege in die Wiener Innenstadt hat. Ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen. Speisen und Getränke: 08/15 Frühstück.

Positive Erfahrung: Ero soddisfatta alla scelta del Radisson Blu perché ero già stata molti anni prima in uno stesso hotel della catena a Berlino. Gli anni passano e le cose cambiano Da ristrutturare sicuramente. Stanza superior grande ma un bagno veramente minuscolo. Non si riusciva ad entrare in doccia. Prodotti da bagno scarsi. La colazione normale senza grandi sorprese. Personale gentile. Unica nota positiva molto centrale. Ma pagato bene!!!!! Aktivitäten in der Nähe: Stai due passi da Hoffburg e da tutti i musei principali. Un passo da Demel dalle strade importanti Sicherheit: Sicuro al 100% Fußläufigkeit: Tutto molto vicino. A piedi dappertutto.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Radisson Blu Style Hotel in Vienna, is located right at the center of the city, with all essentials and tourist spots located in at most a 3km proximity, which can easily be covered by walking on foot. The location of this place can not be overestimated. Never have i ever stayed at a hotel in such a convenient location, for it is close to museums, cafes, shops, the national opera, restaurants, anything you can think of. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with nice paintings covering the walls, nice carpet, blinds and an interesting marble pattern on the bathroom floor. All essential washing products were provided, separately for the bathtub and the shower. As for the service, it was also excellent. The staff is very helpful and nice. All members of the staff were happy to help, cheerful, playful and great at their job. From receptionists to waiters and janitors, everyone went out of their way to help their guests. This was an all in all excellent experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time im in Vienna.

Positive Erfahrung: Service after check-in was borderline deplorable, with the breakfast room hostess, Margit(?), being the exception. The staff of Die Zwölf Bar appeared to consider serving customers as an inconvenience. Don't know of any of the other food/drink establishments that we've been to on this trip that would even hire those guys.

Negative Erfahrung: Bonjour, arrivée au restaurant du radison blu à 20h, ils nous donnent une table sale et 2 menus pour 5 personnes, après une attente de 30 min, personne n'étant venu prendre notre commande, ils prennent la commande d'une table venant d'arriver sans aucun remors alors que nous attendions depuis 30 min , 19€ou 15€ pour un cheesburger banal et 0 pour la qualité du service ! Nous sommes partis. Je ne vous recommande pas le restaurant, quand à l'hôtel je n'ai aucun avis la dessus. Bonne soirée

Fantastische Erfahrung: Located in a terrific central location, Radisson Blu delivered. The front desk staff were very efficient and helpful. Our room was spotless with comfortable beds. We ate dinner in the hotel once. The menu was smaller, but the food was delicious and the wine and beer selection plentiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Positive Erfahrung: Hotellet ligger meget sentralt til i Wien. Det har en noe anonym inngang. Vi var der før jul og det var pyntet fint inne i lobbyen. Kunne likevel ønske at de hadde tatt seg bryet med å pynte mer på utsiden. Foruten noen julelys var det krukker med visne strå/gress. Ikke pent. En merkelig, hobbyaktig løsning med to små skrivebord i hjørnet i lobbyen er resepsjon-her kunne de med fordel hatt en resepsjonsdisk -lobbyen har plass. Rommene er slitne og kunne med fordel fått en ansiktsløftning. De er romslige med god plass til koffertene. Sengene er harde- savnet en overmadrass og dynene meget tynne, nesten totalt uten dun. Vaskingen på badet kunne også vært noe bedre-skitt i kroken ved vasken lå der hele oppholdet og jeg fant en mynt under sengen, noe som betyr at det ikke støvsuges grundig mellom hvert opphold. Frokosten er god. Den har en á lá carte meny hvor man kan bestille det man ønsker av bla.egg. Romstørrelse og beliggenhet gjør at jeg vil vurdere å komme tilbake, men hotellet har endel forbedringspotensiale!

Positive Erfahrung: Centraal gelegen hotel, juist naast café central. Onze kamer lag op zesde verdiep, met veel overlast van de liften. Kaart om de liften te bedienen waren 4 maal defect, en hebben we terug moeten activeren aan de receptie. Zowel de wc als de lavabo was voor zeer kleine mensen. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Απίστευτη τοποθεσία καθώς βρίσκεται δίπλα σε όλα. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά με ωραία μπάνια. Το δωμάτιο μου είχε θέα το Cafe Central το οποίο είναι ορατό και από τον χώρο του πρωινού! Η καφετιέρα στο δωμάτιο προσφέρει έναν υπέροχο πρωινό καφέ μόλις ξυπνήσεις!

Positive Erfahrung: Hmm. We have stayed at this hotel before over new years three years ago, and loved it, but this time (2022-2023) a lot of things was just bad. Let me start by saying the waiters were all great. The wait staff should have 5 stars, and they’re the only reason I’m not only giving this place 2!! However, the room we stayed in was worn down. Four times did I have to ask the front desk to get our safe working. The bathroom shower holder was broken, the toilet paper holder was about to come out of the wall, and other things like that, that just added up to being a hmmm stay. Among other things, we asked in the morning to get a cab reserved for NYE. Front desk said no problem. Upon thinking a bit about it, I wanted to confirm again, and hour before needing it, with the reply that all surrounding streets were closed down, so they child not call a cab. That would be something a front desk should have completely awareness of. A white shirt that needed ironing, went missing. Yes they refunded the cost for a new white shirt, but the one I brought was an expensive shirt, and they only refund up to €50. Bummer. Our laundry we had laid out, was not picked up (it was in bags, labeled and all), we had to bring it through the hotel ourselves, and drop it off at the front desk. I’ve never experienced that in my life before. We asked the front desk to make reservations at a specific restaurant. We were told that if we did not hear anything back, it would be taken care of. Showing up at the restaurant, they did not have any reservation for us. We asked the front desk, who told us they had made the reservation, but with everything else that kind of wasn’t up to standard, I’m not sure. However I’ll give them the benefit of doubt. All in all, for the price, this is not worth another stay. Only good thing is the location, but for the cost for a similar hotel, a few miles further away, you can drive a lot in a cab.

Despite being a premier member of the hotel, my experience was far from satisfactory. During my stay, the weather was hot, but I was uncomfortable because the heater was turned on, despite being told that it was off. To make matters worse, when I requested assistance, I was informed that the technician was off duty and that they could not help me. This attempt to mislead me added to my frustration and disappointment. Furthermore, the furniture in my room was extremely old and worn out, detracting from the overall ambiance of the room. In addition to this, the air conditioner was not functional, which made my entire trip very unpleasant. The combination of these factors made my stay at Radisson Blue hotel an unpleasant experience, causing me to fall ill and ruining my entire trip. As a premier member of the hotel, I had expected a better level of service, and I am disappointed that this was not the case. I hope to receive a response soon, outlining the steps that will be taken to address these concerns. In light of my recent experience, I cannot recommend Radisson Blue hotel to anyone and would advises against booking at this hotel.
Fantastische Erfahrung: Beautiful hotel near the heart of Vienna’s old city. Wake up to the sound of horse hooves on cobblestones. Close to U Bahn connections and with plenty of restaurants, shops and groceries nearby. Stayed here for a conference at the Messe Wien Exhibition centre near the Prater, which was easy to get to via U Bahn. Hotel is well appointed and with excellent service. Would recommend.

Positive Erfahrung: Perfect location in the first district in Vienna. Staff is nice. Very small hotel. Doesn't have a smoking area that I could find, so if you want to smoke you have to stand out on the crowded and tiny footpath, which is a bit stressful. My premium room had a very nice bathroom with a rainfall shower and lots of products. Everything else was a bit outdated. This is the first hotel I have stayed at in a while that did not even have a smart TV, so you can only watch regular television! When I ordered room service they could not let me put it on the room, so I had to come down to the bar to pay by card (which kind of defeats the point of room service, but to be fair that problem may have been on my end, I am not sure). A decent hotel, but not worth the price for me at the end of the day.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great place to stay if you’re sightseeing in vienna. It is accessible to may tourist spots and shopping districts. It is very commutable and a lot of taxis go around here. I liked the breakfast here and that comes from a person who doesn’t stay in the hotel for breakfast. The staff were on another level. They were nice and accommodating never a dull moment. They made the trip to vienna extra special. Happy to have met fellow filipinos and asians in vienna.

Positive Erfahrung: Great location of hotel. Room is ok, but no soundisolation from the Street. The bed has a beautiful view over the bathroom, only separated with a glassdoor. So you will not only hear your loved one go to the toilet, you will see him/her too, super romantic.

Positive Erfahrung: Excellent location; very central relative to the main tourist attractions and on a lively street. Check in area is more like a desk and there was only one person so we wait in line for a good 30 minutes before we could check in. We were told that our room would be ready in 30 minutes; it took over an hour during which 3 guests were checked in and guided to their rooms before us even though we arrived before them. Other than that, pleasant stay.

Negative Erfahrung: Tolles stilvolles Hotel, Leider ist hier nichtwhr viel übrig geblieben, das Personal ist zwar bemüht kann aber offenbar nicht oder darf nicht mehr... Für 550 Euro zwei Nächte passt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Wir waren zb 5. Oder 6. Mal dort. Auf die Wünsche, das ruhige Zimmer hinten raus ist, man nicht eingegangen Das Zimmer sehr klein. Keine Haken zum aufhängen von ZB Ballkleid oder Frack etc nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist stark abgewohnt. Das Frühstück hat auch komplett abgenommen. Keine verschiedenen selbstgemachten Säfte mehr die Qualität der einzelnen Produkte (lachs Wurst etc) lässt zu wünschen übrig Die oberfrechheit war, dass altes Gebäck (salzstangerl) gereicht wurde! Das geht nicht! Auch waren die Semmeln aus um 10:00 vormittags! Also wir kommen jetzt nicht mehr! Jedoch eine gute Lage f einen Stadtbummel Man ist gleich überall... Aber das haben andere Hotels auch!

Positive Erfahrung: Das Hotel ist schon super ❗️Zimmer, Personal und Frühstück alles bestens. Die Lage ist natürlich genial zur Innenstadt. 5 Sterne hätte es gegeben, wenn das mit dem Zimmerservice geklappt hätte. Ich weiß es ist nur eine Lapalie ,aber daran seh ich, das die Mädels fast eine Woche nicht richtig gearbeitet haben.

Negative Erfahrung: Dear frank . Why will we defame your hotel as we are staying approx 6000 km away from Vienna . When the locked baggage are broken and the goods are money worth 7000 euros are stolen in a hotel of your repute then at least the future traveller should be alert . You are trying to misguide the future traveller by writing that we want to defame you . You have not taken any initiative to find out who barged in the room in my absence which clearly shows that you yourself involved in the robbery . You being a GM has no control over your staff rather you are provoking them by supporting them to do robbery with the guest staying at your hotel . I will see to it that no guest stays at your hotel in future . Today’s computer world it’s easy to find out who has barged in the my room in my absence but person like you didn’t took any initiatives . I’m sorry for you mr frank ! You are not suppose to be the manager when you dont have any control over staff .

Positive Erfahrung: Hotel de la chaîne Radisson Blue, ce qui nous garantie un hôtel de qualité. J'étais déjà descendu dans un Radisson blu à Londres, Kracovie, et Copenhague, et je n'ai pas été déçu. Les chambres sont vastes, bien claires, et mériteraient une petite rénovation. Le hall est vaste, et le personnel est très prevenant et est toujours prêt à résoudre vos problèmes. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en centre-ville, à 2 pas du musée de Sisi, ainsi que du quartier piéton. Cerise sur le gâteau, si vous êtes gourmand, il est situé juste à côté du fameux Café Central, Célèbre centre de thé et vienoiseries et pâtisseries, un des meilleurs et réputés de Vienne.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had the most excellent meal there and the service was top notch. Ibrahim Ali was so accommodating to my requests at such a late time. Give this guy a raise! He made a dish even when the kitchen was closed. Beautiful presentation of the steak sandwich and the crepe. I will come back again!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Incredible staff- just the nicest people! Front desk man was very cheerful, bellhops were proactive and friendly, the room was sooo spacious for a downtown location, and the spa reservation system was just the icing on top. We loved being able to book a slot for just us- it made it so much more relaxing. 5 minute walk to literally all the things, but a quiet night's sleep. Would stay again.

Fantastische Erfahrung: La qualita' degli alberghi Radisson e' sempre eccezionale. Questo hotel ubicato in posizione centralissima a Vienna non ha molti servizi extra a parte una piccola palestra e la sauna, ma le camere sono spaziose confortevoli arredate con gusto e i letti comodissimi. Personale molto gentile, ho fatto sia early check in che late check out senza costi aggiuntivi. Colazione a 25 euro.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Coming into the hotel, already gave me a warm welcome and it gave me a vibe where I felt like home. The workers there, the Hotel director, Bellboy, bar keeper, receptionist etc. are very kind and very pleasant to talk too. The food itself was very delicious, props to the kitchen for that! When visiting Vienna and looking for a place to stay, I can totally recommend this hotel!!! It's very central and easy to get from one destination to the other. Thank you! Best wishes!
