Negative Erfahrung: I’d been studying at PDV for several years. Most of the teachers are great, atmosphere is nice, there are sometimes last minutes cancellations. But I put only 2 stars because of my recent experience which unfortunately stops me from going there ever again. I was in accident and tore my ligaments such that it requires the surgery. I wrote to PDV two weeks before my course was supposed to start with all medical docs attached asking for the reimbursement. I know that according to customer agreement they don’t have to reimburse, however, given the fact that my injury prevents me from sports for at least 6 month, I was hopping for some understanding. And there was none. I got an email one or two days before the course start saying that they only can give me voucher for half of the course price to do the same course later. With such a late reply I couldn’t find myself a replacement. Then, I got a voucher which is only valid till November, and I won’t be able to use it anyway. Moreover, one of the classes got rescheduled and all participants got 15 euro apology voucher and an opportunity of refund for the rescheduled class. I ask for that instead of my voucher cause that would give me at least some money back but they never replied. And I think that’s an awful customer service after many years I was loyal to the school.
