Negative Erfahrung: Expérience écourtée. On m'a prévenu par mail ( heureusement je regardais mes messages en attendant le taxi pour m'y rendre), 1/2 heure avant mon soin,qu'il était annulé ( la personne étant malade, je comprends). Mais lorsque j'ai demandé s'il était possible d'avoir un autre rendez-vous, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Décevant pour le lieu se voulant haut de gamme.

Negative Erfahrung: Zwei Sterne, weil das Personal freundlich war und das Ambiente nett ist. Das Wasser im Pool ist viel zu kalt + es waren auch herumschreiende Kinder da, die man trotz Kopfhörer gehört hat: von Entspannung weit entfernt. Wer sich ein paar Stunden Ruhe gönnen möchte, ist hier eher nicht richtig.

Es ist schön zu wissen, dass Sie sich mit dem Service der Mitarbeier und dem Ambiente wohl gefühlt haben. Umso mehr tut es mir leid, dass Sie sich nicht während Ihres Besuches nicht erholen konnten, was grundsätztlich das minimum ist was man sich von einem Spa Besuch erwartet. Fantastische Erfahrung: First class Spa, first class staff. Its situated in the Hotel Rosewood Vienna, one of or even THE best Hotel of this amazing City.
Positive Erfahrung: Vorab, ein sehr schönes Ambiente mit zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiterinnen. Wir haben einen erholsamen Tag verbracht. Positiv: sehr sauber, Saunalandschaft sehr gut, ausreichend frische Handtücher, wenn man liegen hat sind diese sehr einladend, schöne Garderobe U wunderbare behandlungsräume Negativ: leider zu wenig Wasser Spender im Spa Bereich U auch Tee hat gefehlt, leider sind Kinder erlaubt die die Ruhe etwas gestört haben zeitweise, etwas hell, es könnte stärker nach den guten Kerzen duften und an einem langen Tag wäre die Möglichkeit essen U getränke zu bestellen notwendig. Overall sehr gut aber Luft nach oben um einen Haus wie dem Hyatt ganz gerecht zu werden.
Positive Erfahrung: A bit expensive but worth it.
Negative Erfahrung: I am so disappointed I do not know where to begin. I had my massage and it was fine honestly I have had better to begin with. I showed up to my appointment and was not welcomed at all with drinks or anything. I settled into my treatment room and finished the massage and still nothing was offered no water or refreshments what so ever. As the massage was over I informed my massage therapist that I’ll be taking a shower here is where it all began I was disturbed 3 times, first knock while i’m showering and I believe the water sound was clear enough, 2nd time the door was knocked and OPENED on me while i was changing she apologized and left, and the third knock was the final one when i was packing my bag to leave and she informed me that i need to leave the room because they need to prepare it for the next treatment, there was more than enough rooms available for other treatments but I had to be disturbed for their convenience. I was so disappointed I have never had such experience with any spa I go to and that was my first time trying the Park Hyatt Arany Spa Vienna, so displeased and disappointed the place has so much potential but no manners or respect, sadly.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Très bonne expérience, 45 min de massage et 3 heures de SPA au top ! Personnels au petit soins, on recommande.
Negative Erfahrung: Sehr sehr schönes Ambiente! Dampfbad war leider nicht in Betrieb. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit an die frische Luft zu wechseln nach einem Saunagang oder um eine Zigarette zu rauchen. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mich in einen Lichthof geleitet um eine zu rauchen. Für eine einzige Sauna (90er) und einen Pool zum Schwimmen, preislich sehr sehr weit überzogen!! Ist nicht mit einem richtigen Thermen Spa wie "Reiters Reserve" oder so zu vergleichen.
Fantastische Erfahrung: War unter der Woche fast völlig alleine dort, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre! Sehr freundliches Personal! Das der Poolbereich von so vielen Seiten einsichtig ist fand ich leider etwas störend!

Fantastische Erfahrung: amazing. this place is so magical and its a great escape from the city. the pool is stunning, you actually swim in a gold safe!!! and they have two sauna’s with 60 & 90 degrees. The staff are friendly, you get free water and its stacked will vanity kits. The reception were more than welcoming, special thanks to patricija & nick. I did 60 mins deep tissue massage with Vittavat and she is blissed with the best hands ever!!! i felt so relaxed and it exactly what i needed. 10/10.

Fantastische Erfahrung: One of the best massages I ever had!! Staff was also great, and the spa area is very clean and relaxing. The pool is really one of a kind, my only remark would be that it is a tad too cold, as well as the pool area in general. Also, a jacuzzi would have been a big plus. All in all I was able to have a very relaxing morning there, wish I could stay all day :)

Negative Erfahrung: Sauna, showers, Turkish bath and a small (cold) swimming pool. No spa circuits, no Jacuzzi. Good if included for hôtel guests but nothing worth the price (2hrs@45€) for an external. Better look for a real spa in the Alps.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I came here with my daughter for a massage, and much needed swim in the pool after walking through 30 degree heat. We were able to book in less than 3 hrs, and were given the privilege of time before and after our treatment in the spa facilities. This spa is brand new, and completely maintained from soft robes to snacks, and several saunas and spas. You have the option of turkish towels and either a mixed steam room/sauna area with special pressurized showers or private sauna in the ladies locker room. The pool was outstanding, and is not only beautiful but housed in an old bank vault which adds to the allure. Our personal favourite was the specially heated lounge chairs in the locker room, and small touches like the provision of de-hydrated apple snacks, bottles of water, and magazines. The massage was amazing, and the rooms completely professional and well maintained. From the employees replenishing the towels to the receptionist, all of the staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Overall this place was surprisingly clean, well organized, quiet and private. The experience left us wishing we were guests of the hotel in order to have access to the spa for more treatments! If you are visiting Vienna in search of a great spa for value, look no further.
