1 year ago Fantastisches Erlebnis: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yuj Yoga Lab is hands down my favorite yoga studio in Vienna. The teacher is incredibly nice and exceptionally competent, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all practitioners. The small class sizes ensure that each session is personalized, allowing for a strong focus on individual practice. I particularly appreciate the detailed assistance in deepening poses and correcting posture, which has significantly improved my practice. If you're looking for a top-notch yoga experience in Vienna, look no further than Yuj Yoga Lab!

1 year ago Fantastisches Erlebnis: Perfektes, kleines Yoga Studio am Guertel. Die Yoga-Lehrerinnen Nikoleta und Vasiliki sind hoechst professionell und so "down to earth"! Man ist in guten, ehrlichen Haenden, kurzum der Vibe stimmt einfach. Es gibt genuegend Matten, Props, sowie eine kleine Kueche fuer die Yogis. Immer gerne dort.

2 years ago Fantastisches Erlebnis: Vasiliki ist eine ausgesprochen gute Yoga Lehrerin! Rocket Yoga ist zwar sehr anstrengend aber unglaublich gut. Man fühlt sich wie neu geboren und freut sich immer wieder auf die nächste Stunde. Es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre und Vasiliki nimmt sich für jeden Zeit, um die Positionen anzupassen. Die Gruppen sind angenehm klein und familiär. Ich kann sie für jeden nur wärmstens empfehlen :)

2 years ago Fantastisches Erlebnis: I did the rocket yoga for the first time, which was quite a challenge, but a lot of fun. From her teaching style, the warm atmosphere of the room, to the daily mantra to take home - Vasiliki pays attention to detail and emphasizes acceptance. Highly recommended!
