Fantastisches Erlebnis: This yoga, HIIT, and Pilates studio is a hidden gem! The vibe is super cozy and welcoming. The best part is the beautiful garden at the back, perfect for outdoor classes. There's nothing quite like doing yoga under the trees with the fresh air around you. Whether you're there for a high-energy HIIT class or a relaxing Pilates session, you'll leave feeling amazing every time.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The Garden Studio has changed the way I look at fitness. I don’t have to force myself to go, I look forward to it. Mostly because Laura and her team make the classes fun and engaging. There’s always laughter and encouragement and it’s a truly safe space with no judgement. A special mention for both Magda’s and Laura’s HIIT and Belates classes. They are a perfect blend of high intensity and stretching that engages the whole body.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: This studio has such a great vibe! The trainers are awesome, and the community is super supportive. They offer all kinds of workouts, from HIIT to Pilates and Yoga, so there is something for everyone. The trainers really care about your form and make sure the workouts are perfect for any fitness level. Laura, who runs the place, makes everyone feel right at home, and the whole team is super friendly and fun. They have this little garden where they hold classes in the summer which is very unique. If you're looking for a fun, welcoming place to work out, I can't recommend this studio enough!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: By far my favorite studio in Vienna! All classes are in small groups so all instructors have plenty of time to motivate, help and correct with any movements. The classes are quite varied, from energetic and fun HIIT to more mindful and slow Yoga classes. All instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable and everyone always has a great vibe. The owner, Laura, has really created a wonderful space where you truly feel welcome. The garden is lovely in summer too!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Amazing place with amazing atmosphere! I often had HIT trainings and pilates sessions there. What I really like in the studio is that the place is not just the place to get a fit body but it is like international community, where people meet, have fun, communicates and make friendships. So, I would say it’s amazing place for expats or foreigners in Vienna. Besides, the place is dog friendly So, I am very happy to find out this place and wish this place to thrive and keep such a great spirit!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I love the courses! The whole team is super nice and immediately puts you in a good mood after a bad day. They really motivate you for the workout (which is also very exhausting). Attention is also paid to the execution and corrected if it is wrong. I can only recommend the studio to anyone who wants to get fitter and is looking for a nice place to work out.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Really lovely studio with a fantastic garden and great classrooms!! The instructors are super nice and fun. The classes are in small groups so the instructors can check in on every position. Also a really nice Combi of classes: HIIT, Pilates and Barre and Yoga.

All the instructors I had so far were great and the studio with the garden is just lovely and immediately makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I can highly recommend going there. You'll love it...and your muscles as well ;-).

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Amazing business, instructors and vibe. I go for the HIIT classes, which come in different flavours and they are very well done, fun and somehow time passes quickly because you're having a great time! Wish I started going there, sooner!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: This is a lovely place to go to after a long day to do your yoga or pilates practice while enjoying the wonderful atmosphere of the studio. The trainers are very professional and also the nicest people who will always welcome you with a smile and a warm chat. The place is very clean and cozy and it is always a pleasure to go back. The sessions are in English which is much appreciated when you are a non-German speaking person.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: This cozy studio has a welcoming atmosphere, not just because of the space, but mainly because of the trainers working in it. As part of it's freelance instructor's team, I appreciate the trust and respect coming from the owner. She is communicative and reachable, always thinking how to improve the experience for the sake of the whole community.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I just had my first class here, Belates. The trainer was lovely, fun and helpful. She kindly help with our postures when needed. The whole studio looks and feels very homey. I will definitely be back.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Fantastic, intimate studio with a very friendly atmosphere. Great variety of classes (HIIT, Hatha, Vinyasa, YIN, pilates/barre) and very high quality teachers. All classes are in English, and in summer, classes are held outside in a beautiful green garden space. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I enjoy every minute I spend here. The teachers are so involved with teaching quality classes and with the students on an individual level. When you enter the door, the warmth and chatter comes toward you. And the garden is summer of course is a beautiful extra.

As a non German speaker this studio is so welcoming and feels like a home from home, such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere :) Practicing yoga by candle light with the backdrop of the beautiful garden is so peaceful, and it always smells so good!

Das Garden Studio steht für tolle Atmosphäre, eine unfassbar herzliche Community und hat neben den professionellen und sehr netten Lehrern eine grandiose Auswahl an HIIT, Yoga und Pilates-Kursen! Bei Laura- der Besitzerin- sind ALLE willkommen! Die Kurse sind fordernd und/aber für alle Level zu meistern. Es ist mit dem Outdoor-Raum eine ruhige Oase mitten in der wilden Stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A variety of instructors as well, each of them being smiling, positive, motivating and knowledgeable. A very welcoming atmosphere in the studio, small, very clean with a lovely garden. Couldn't be more recommended!

The place was super hygenic! And I love the open-ness.. Check out her new HIIT + Yoga. Great idea for friends and dates.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Das garden studio im wunderschönen 6. Bezirk in Wien hat mich von der 1. Sekunde an entzückt. Beim 1. Betreten fühlte sich sofort alles so heimelig an, einfach ein Wohlfühlort. Besonders die lieben Menschen dort, die vielfältige Klassen anbieten haben mein Herz berührt; alle sind so herzlich, offen und warm und sorgen für eine richtig angenehme Energie. Am meisten liebe ich am garden studio, dass es dort nicht um Anpassung, äußerliche oder oberflächliche (z.B. Gewichts-) Veränderungen geht, sondern jeder Mensch der sein kann, der er im Inneren ist; dass es um Freude an der Bewegung, Bewusstsein für Körper, Geist und Seele und 'sich und dem Körper etwas Gutes tun' geht. Für alle, denen wahre Verbindung zu sich und ein gesunder Zugang zu Bewegung am Herzen liegt, ist das garden studio meine Herzensempfehlung. Das beste Studio, das es für mich persönlich gibt. ❤️

Fantastisches Erlebnis: das garden studio ist eine oase im herzen der hektischen stadt, das seinen yogis einen ort der stille bietet. es wird eine vielzahl an kursen angeboten, von ruhigem yin yoga, fliessendem ashtanga, gezieltem Mobilitätstrainig (zb schultern, hüften, etc.) bis Ausdauertrainig ist alles dabei. alle levels sind willkommen, vom beginner bis zum erfahrenen yogi. am anfang jeder stunde erkundigt sich der/die lehrerIn über etwaige verletzungen und bietet alternative übungen an. auf wunsch kann der unterricht oftmals auch in Englisch angeboten werden. in diesem studio behandelt man dich wie eine person und nicht wie eine nummer im system. in den letzten jahren habe ich viele yoga Studios in wien besucht, nun bin ich endlich gekommen um zu bleiben. the garden studio is an oasis, enabling its yogis to find stillness at the heart of the busy city. it offers a wide range of courses, from calm yin yoga to flowing ahstanga practices to targeted mobility training (e.g. shoulders, hips, etc) to powerful high intensity intervall classes. all levels are welcome, at the beginning of each session, the teachers ask about injuries, etc. and provide alterntive practice solutions. additionally, they are happy to switch language and teach courses in English. in this studio, you are treated like a real person and not like a number in the system. over the last couple of years I hopped from studio to studio, and I finally found a place to stay.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Ich bin jetzt nicht so sehr der Yoga-Mensch, aber die Session mit Jasmin war wirklich super und genau richtig für mich. Das Gartenambiente ist einfach super und eine kleine Oase.
