Fantastisches Erlebnis: Ich trainiere seit einer Weile im Mas Vienna mit der tollen Trainerin Enxhi. Ich bin sehr begeistert und habe seitdem ich angefangen habe zu trainieren 5kg abgenommen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle Mas Vienna weiter.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super Club. Sehr familiär, angenehme Atmosphäre, super Training für alle, egal ob man nur fit werden möchte oder kämpfen. Anfänger, Fortgeschritten und Kämpfer alle sind willkommen.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Dropped in for a grappling class while visiting Vienna from Canada :) I normally train BJJ and had a fun and thorough training session. I don't speak any German but the instructor and students very kindly ran the class in English. I learned a couple good new moves from half guard that I've been incorporating into my game a bit back home actually. I'm just a two-stripe white belt but they seemed ready to welcome me even if I was a totally brand new grappler too. (Note: it was a no-gi grappling class) Rolling at the end of class was well paced and the students were nice and polite. Tough rolls with strong students, but no one was mean or rough. Very respectful and overall environment was focused on having a good time, which is exactly the kind of attitude I look for in a martial arts gym. Highly recommend for anyone else coming to Vienna and looking to get some training in. Drop-in fees are a reasonable €15.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: This is an amazing gym! I moved to Vienna for a work stint and my oldest daughter who does BJJ had been bugging me for months to take up a martial art. So I picked MAS based on its social media page that showed members clearly having a lot of fun... as an older beginner to Muay Thai I wanted a relaxed, welcoming and fun atmosphere, and that is exactly what I found! The owner and main coach, Riadh, is excellent at both really challenging you while also making sure that you are training at an appropriate level so that you don't get injured. Everyone at this gym is kind and patient and encouraging. I was sparring with a much younger and much more experienced partner and I was struggling with the footwork and she was patiently showing me over and over again how to do it, but I kept messing up. I finally said in frustration "I don't think I can do this", and she said "I know you can". And I eventually did :-) The assistant coaches are all also awesome people. You will get a terrific workout, and always learn new skills with each lesson. Even though the gym has a fun atmosphere, it is rigorous training and gym members often win medals at competitions. At my age I'm sure I'll never compete, but for those who are serious about Muay Thai, this gym is an excellent choice. For those who might be just visiting Vienna short-term, the gym welcomes drop-ins (I think for 15€, but you can contact them and ask). My work stint ends in a few months and I will be very sad to leave this gym and my Muay Thai family behind. I really don't think I'll ever find another gym to match it.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Amazing community that warmly welcomed me as a traveller that wanted to come train! The instructor has fighting experience in Thailand and pushes you which is important. The students support each other as well and it was a pleasure to come to the classes. Can happily say I am part of the MAS family now and will be back to train when I return to Vienna!
