I suggest the training if: 1. you want just keep yourself fit 2. you want to try a fun but useful sport where you can reach personal growth and health 3. you want to sacrifice all of your previous life and give your soul to BJJ, focusing only on the sport, cannot sleep because you are thinking about a new technics that you want to execute tomorrow, feeling guilty when you are not thinking about BJJ, having withdrawal symptoms anytime when you stop training for only a second, want to learn more and more, want to train more and more. 4. want to find a new hobby even as a beginner (nice and accepting environment)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Dropped in to train while visiting from the US. Instruction was done in English and everyone in the gym was very welcoming! Excellent training partners, clean facilities, and friendly team. Didn't have my gi on hand, but was notified that an extra gi could be provided with prior notice. In any case, my training partners were all willing to roll no-gi to accommodate me. I highly recommend this gym for anyone visiting from out of town. Special thanks to Coach Alen Remic.
