Fantastische Erfahrung: Wenn du Kampfsport wirklich erlernen willst bist du hier genau richtig. War heute beim Probetraining und alle sehr nett und rücksichtsvoll. Jeder wird respektiert genau wie es sich gehört und ich bin dankbar das mir dieses Gym empfohlen worden ist.

Negative Erfahrung: I had a 1 year subscription, it wasn't worth it unfortunately (value not at all worth the money) : - Poor administration : payment only possible in Cash, which is very restraining, I had an issue with their shady payment policy (Only cash, if you dont pay in 14 days, you have to pY an additional fee), where I told one of the staff that I'll be out of Austria for the next couple of months, so I cannot pay in person, he said it was ok, I'll pay once I'm back since I'm in a yearly contract, when I came back I discovered that I've been filed to some Debt institution, and I have to pay a debt of 500€ Asap or they'll keep raising the amount, when I told the club about the problem, they told me the guy didn't tell them, and there is nothing to do about it but to pay, and after I paid they had the audacity to tell me that they would be happy if I decide to continue with them. - Poor organization, it happened a couple of times when there is a national holiday that they don't let us know wether the training is kept or not, so you have to show up in person and discover, where ever you live. - Weak material : I paid over 100€ for leg protectors and gloves and so on. After 5 usages (1 month) the leg protector was destroyed, when I asked for a replacement for it, the guy told me go suie it yourself and bring me the receipt instead of taking care of it/taking responsibility (Doing that obviously means I can no longer claim guarantee on it, shows how shady and sloppy is the service) - If you want to cancel the contract, you have to send an email than write a manual letter (in 2023) and sign it. Otherwise they keep renewing it every 6 months after a year of subscription - They don't offer any free sessions, if it's your first time ever with them, you'd have to pay 14€ at the time. - Language issues : I've been told by the administration that the coachs spoke English before subscribing, but actually only one of the coach's did, the rest didn't unfortunately, one of them was even mad when he explained something to me and I told him that I don't speak German. The list goes on, bottom line, avoid and save your money and time.

Negative Erfahrung: Sketchy and scammy gym contracts. INTERESTING HOW REVIEWS HERE ARENT VERIFIED I SURE WONDER WHERE THESE 5* REVIEWS ARE COMING FROM. All those 5* reviews state the same kind of phrases and are by accounts with no more than 1-2 reviews total. FASCINATING. Super consumer unfriendly contracts with a few parts that are actually not legal in austria (such as not allowing email cancellation). They only allow you to cancel in the last month of your subscription and with a physical piece of paper. Ridiculous! This is not a premium service whatsoever. Watch out before joining them. They do not allow online payments but charge you 7€ for every 2 weeks you are late. My partner was abroad for three months and therefore missed 3 payments. (He told them in person that he cannot come the next months and they said it's going to be fine -without for example offering him to pay up-front!!!!). He came home and was fined. With a court threat! And an additional 500€ fine on top of the fine that is stipulated in their contract ! You are reading this right - they don't fine you 7€ per two missed weeks. The can just add another 500€ on top of that. Is this mentioned in the contract? NOPE!! Straight intimidation attempts. Like I stated first, this is not a premium service, it is a very sketchy We have documented the contract and the sketchy fines if anyone here is interested in seeing our proof feel free to get in touch.

Negative Erfahrung: Iron Fist Gym Vienna hat zwar klare Vertraege. Handelt aber moralisch verwerflich wenn Jemand aus einer Fehlentscheidung heraus aus dem Vertrag will. Mein Sohn wurde gezwungen fuer die ganze vertragslaufzeit voll zu bezahlen was Depressionen verursacht hat. Mein Sohn hat sogar permanent gebettelt aus dem Vertrag rauszukommen(Laufzeit 12Monate) Doch damit war es nicht genug ! Er hat die Kuendigungfrist leicht verpasst weswegen seine Kuendigung noch nicht einmal kulanter weise akzeptiert wurde. I'm Gegenteil, er wurde forciert einen neuen Vertrag ueber 6 Monate abzuschliessen. Unmoralisch!!!!!!!! Hier einige Passagen aus dem Vertrag: -UNBEFRISTET auf 6/12 Monate ?! -30taegige Kuendigungfrist innerhalb der Laufzeit bei gleichzeitigem Kuendigungsverzicht waehrend der Laufzeit ?! -Bei nicht fristgerechter Kuendigung des 6 Monats Vertages automatisch 3 Monate Verlaengerrung ?!
